VA Loan
The VA loan is a $0 down mortgage option available to Veterans, Service Members and select military spouses. VA loans are issued by mortgage companies or banks and guaranteed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs otherwise known as the VA. The VA Home Loan was created in 1944 by the United States government to help returning service members purchase homes without needing a down payment. This benefit program has guaranteed more than 24 million VA loans helping veterans, active duty military members and their families purchase and refinance their homes.

His top priority is treating all clients with the utmost respect and compassion, going that extra mile to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships for life. He understands that our customers, both realtors and borrowers alike, are the lifeline to our business. Without cultivating and nurturing those relationships, success is impossible. His greatest joy is being a husband and father, and hopes that one day one of his three kids will join the family business. In his free time, Tim enjoys watching the San Francisco Giants, playing golf and spending time with his family.
Melissa Ramos, Processor and Lending Assistant
Melissa Ramos is a Processor and Lending Assistant for Solano Mortgage. She graduated from Will C Wood High School in 2013 and moved on to Sacramento City College, graduating in 2016. She recently started classes again at Solano Community College studying business and accounting. You will also find her on the Executives Board for the Downtown Vacaville Business Improvement District serving as Treasurer. She takes pride in her customer service and giving clients her full effort and attention every time.
Annie Porter, Loan Officer

Annie joined the business in 2012, and quickly rose through the ranks earning herself a spot on the top producer list. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from CSU Chico in 2006 and previously worked in the insurance business investigating fraud. Her previous experience brings a wealth of knowledge to the business; focused on efficiency and working proactively. She enjoys the challenge that comes with complex and intricate files, and is constantly learning and evolving, focused on leading the industry with creativity in mind. Annie is a longtime athlete and an outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys spending her free time with Tim, the kids and her two Weimaraners.
